In 2008, when I started as a team coach, companies and the general public were not aware of this innovative approach. Some HRDs were even worried about offering it in their companies, because they were afraid of being seen as eccentric. Things have been going well since… I had the chance and the honour, as a forerunner, to meet many journalists (Press, TV, Radio). By their reports, they have allowed and still allow today, to make known the Accompaniment Assisted by the Horse… and reassure on the seriousness of the approach.
