Presentation of cycle 3 in images:
The very prospect of horse riding often provokes two reactions:
“Wow!!! too good! Corinne! Give me more details”!
“HO! noooon! Never! I’m too scared! And my team will never come!”
On the first one, I hope you can imagine a seminar that really takes you out of “your office”. A seminar that brings to your team powerful sensations and emotions that we don’t experience every morning. An innovative experience that will help you to model these moments in your company. Surpass yourself! because you do not yet know today, what will be your reactions to this unusual situation. But you want to know it and get out of your comfort zone again. Because and above all, you have already experienced a seminar on foot!! You are calm about the quality of the horses, my pedagogy and my professionalism. You have already tested the beam!
And I answer: Yes super! That’s right. The pedagogy is progressive and adapted to everyone, including physically. Having the experience of going out galloping or getting in touch with livestock is an edifying and possible experience. There is a “before” and an “after” on your team. All the stages of the seminar are pretexts for deepening an individual and/ or collective work (depending on the chosen cycle). Example: The choice of his horse / collectively saddle the horses / put in the saddle in «voltige» / maneuverability on horseback / enter the herd…
About the second reaction. You may imagine that the horses will jump on you, bite you, refuse to obey you. That you will ridicule yourself in front of your colleagues. Conclusion: out of the question!
And I answer you: If you think that I reserve this scenario for you, you are absolutely right not to want to come!! or you have not yet experienced Cycle 1!
otherwise you would know that never, ho! ever! I would not put you in such a situation.
And if you haven’t lived cycle 1 on foot with me? No worries! you are welcome. You can engage directly in cycle 2 or 3 depending on your objectives.
Nelson Mandela said, “I learned that courage is not the absence of fear, but the ability to overcome it.”
When managers are asked what skills do they need? the theme of courage comes up often. A theme that is close to my heart since it is part of soft skills. But what is managerial courage? And how to develop it?
Let us start by differentiating it from unconsciousness. Anyone who takes risks without measuring the consequences is not courageous. Courage, precisely, presupposes to perceive the danger, to be tempted to depart from it and to confront it in spite of everything. It goes hand in hand for me, with the manager’s responsibility & self-confidence.
We are responsible for what we do/ what we say AND what we let say and let do. The last two sometimes require courage.
It’s not being tempted by an easy, unaccountable speech, “You understand it’s not my fault, management decided that…” Managerial courage is not measured in moments when the manager is comfortable, but when he is going through a period of controversy and challenges.
Among other things, managerial courage is:
Dare to say things even when they are difficult, Often decide in uncertainty and decide without having all the guarantees, trust, share information without fear of loss of power, highlight the skills and achievements of others, foster expression, create a trust framework where the manager listens and is not always right, accept to be wrong and continue after “failure”, remain humble and ask for help when you don’t know how to do, say what you do and do what you say, take responsibility for it…
These are the themes that we will work on during the seminar on horseback. There are of course others, according to your needs.
The seminars on horseback cycle 2 & 3 are a logical continuation of the seminars on foot.
The teams, having completely metabolized their fears of the horse during cycle 1, greatly appreciate the challenge of going further.
I am always there to facilitate this path of empowerment in the most benevolent way possible. My passion: a progressive pedagogy. Under no circumstances will you be pushed, forced to go further if you are not ready! never of life! it would be counterproductive! Exercises are always adjusted to the group, their pace and their fitness. Hence my desire to create custom programs because one group is not a copy/paste of another.
Look at the smiles of people on horseback! What a satisfaction to have succeeded! The horses will also be there to give you confidence! They are horse tourists or western horses known for their good mind. They are chosen for their good character!! They’re pros at hiking or working with cattle.

The parallels with the company are systematically made. This on three axes: Individual (from self to self), relational (from self to other), collective (from self to group)
Another way to learn management, self-confidence, group functioning, etc.
Groups of 10 people maximum.
